ABOUT NIKO

Founder Niko Moulagianis has been in restaurants since the age of 13. “From busboy to bartender, if it’s part of the restaurant business, I’ve had my hands in it,” Niko says with a smile.

Niko has founded several popular restaurants in Northeast Ohio over the last two decades, but Niko’s Gyros To-Go has a special focus—providing his award-winning food to customers at home or on the go.

WHY NIKO’S

The word “gyro” is used broadly at Niko’s. You’ll find traditional lamb and beef gyros carved right from the spit, plus non-traditional options like the BLT gyro, blackened salmon gyro and smoked meat options like our smoked brisket. Our starters feature homemade favorites like our HOT stuffed pepper and hummus. Not in the mood for a gyro? The homemade is out of this world.
